    Peanut Butter Fudge

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs conv sugar
    7 oz marshmallow cream
    1/2 c butter or margarine
    1-18 oz peanut butter
    1-13 oz can evaporated milk
    NOTE: 2 tbsp of milk = 1 oz evap milk

    Recipe

    In large pan, place sugar, butter and milk. Cook over medium heat. Stir CONSTANTLY. Continue cooking until softball stage. Remove from heat. Stir marshmallow cream (quickly) and jar of Peanut Butter. Pour into 2-8x8x2 pans, greased. Cut into squares when cooled.
