    List of Ingredients




    4 C cold milk
    2 pkgs (3.4 oz each) instant vanilla pudding mix
    1 angel food cake (8 in)
    1 carton (8 oz) frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1 can (20 oz) pineapple tidbits, drained
    1 pint strawberries, sliced
    1 can (15 oz) sliced pears, drained
    4 kiwifriut, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
    1 c fresh or frozen blueberries, thawed

    In a mizing bowl, beat milk and pudding mix on low speed for 2 minutes; set aside. Split cake horizontally into thirds; place 1 layer in a 5-qt serving bowl that is 9-in in diameterr. Top with a third of the pudding, whipped topping and fruit. Repeat layers twice. Cover and chill for at least 3 hours.

    If cake doesn't fit in your dish, trim the sides or cut in cubes.
