    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs steak, cut in 1 inch cubes

    4 garlic cloves, sliced

    2 small onions, quartered

    4 small potatoes, quartered

    4 carrots, quartered

    2 medium red or green peppers, quartered

    2 c mushrooms, cleaned

    1 c beef broth

    1 T oil

    1/2 t dried oregano

    black pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Heat the barbecue grill to cooking stage.

    While the grill is heating, clean and cut up the ingredients as described. Tear or cut 8 pieces of heavy duty aluminum foil, about 18 by 24 inches in size. Arrange equal portions of the meat and vegetables on each piece of foil. Top with the broth, a few drops of oil, the oregano, and black pepper.
    Fold up the top and ends of foil to make packets that are
    securely sealed.

    Place each packet on the grill, cover, and cook until the food is tender, about 1 hour.
