    Lemonade Chicken Wings

    List of Ingredients




    2 T oil

    2 T butter or margarine

    1 small onion, minced

    2 cloves garlic, minced

    1 t dried rosemary

    1 t dried thyme

    1/2 c lemonade

    1 t black pepper

    1 t salt

    10 to 12 chicken wings

    Recipe



    Heat the oil and butter in a medium saucepan and saute the
    onion, garlic, rosemary and thyme until the onion is softened, about 2 to 3 minutes.

    Add the lemonade, pepper, and salt. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer until the mixture is slightly reduced and syrupy, about 6 to 10 minutes.

    Cut each chicken wing into 2 or 3 parts at the joints. Arrange the chicken in a shallow baking dish and pour the lemonade sauce over all. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes, until the skin is golden brown.
