    List of Ingredients




    1 c butter (no substitutions)
    3 c sugar
    4 squares (1 oz each) unsweetened chocolate
    1 c baking cocoa
    2 c whipping cream
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    Ice cream

    Recipe



    In a heavy sauce pan over low heat, melt butter and chocolate. Stir in the sugar and cocoa until smooth. Gradually add cream; mix well. Cook for 10 minutes or until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla. Serve over ice cream. Store leftove sauce in the refrigerator.
