    List of Ingredients


    • 1 dozen eggs, hard-cooked and peeled
    • 2 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
    • 6 ozs. cream cheese, softened
    • 1/4 to 1/3 cup of mayonnaise
    • 2 dashes of red wine vinegar
    • Salt and Pepper
    • Paprika for garnish


    Instructions


    1. Halve the eggs and remove the yolks. Set the whites aside.

    2. Mix the yolks with remaining ingredients, except the paprika. Pipe or spoon the filling into the whites. Sprinkle filled egg whites with paprika for garnish. Makes 24
