Crusted Spicy Fish

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 1/4 tsp thyme
- 1 1/2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 2 fish fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 TBSPS whole wheat flour
- 1 TBSP olive oil
Instructions
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zipper plastic bag; add fish, seal bag and carefully move it around to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
- Combine flour and salt and pepper to taste on a dinner plate; very lightly drege fish on both sides.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat; cook fish for 3-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork.
