    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
    • 1/4 tsp oregano
    • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
    • 1/4 tsp thyme
    • 1 1/2 cloves garlic, pressed
    • 2 fish fillets
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 2 TBSPS whole wheat flour
    • 1 TBSP olive oil


    Instructions


    1. Combine first 7 ingredients in a large zipper plastic bag; add fish, seal bag and carefully move it around to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
    2. Combine flour and salt and pepper to taste on a dinner plate; very lightly drege fish on both sides.
    3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over med-high heat; cook fish for 3-5 minutes per side, or until it flakes easily when tested with a fork.
