    Cucumber and Onion Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 3 firm, thin cucumbers
    • 1 medium white onion
    • White vinegar
    • Salt and Splenda to taste
    • Ground black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Slice cucumbers thin (peeling or not as you wish). Slice onion into rings. Place cucumbers in bowl and add the onion rings.
    2. Cover with vinegar to which a small amount of cold water and a hint of Splenda have been added. Add salt and sprinkle freely with pepper.
    3. Refrigerate and let stand several hours - the colder the better.
