    • 2 CUPS SUGAR
    • 4 EGGS
    • 3 CUPS FLOUR
    • 2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
    • 1/4 TEASPOON SALT
    • 1 CUP MILK
    • 2 TEASPOONS VANILLA


    Instructions


    1. THOROUGHLY CREAM BUTTER AND SUGAR.
    2. ADD EGGS ONE AT A TIME, BEATING AFTER EACH ADDITION.
    3. ADD DRY INGREDIENTS ALTERNATELY WITH MILK AND VANILLA.
    4. POUR INTO 2 GREASED ROUND CAKE PANS
    5. BAKE 350 DEGREES FOR 30 TO 35 MINUTES.
    6. FROST WITH DESIRED FROSTING.
