    List of Ingredients


    • 1 PACKAGE (8 OUNCES) CREAM CHEESE, SOFTENED
    • 3/4 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
    • 1/2 CUP PEANUT BUTTER
    • 6 TABLESPOONS MILK
    • 1 CARTON (8 OUNCES) WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED
    • 1 9INCH BAKED AND COOLED PIE SHELL
    • 1/4 CUP CHOPPED PEANUTS


    Instructions


    1. IN A MIXING BOWL, BEAT CREAM CHEESE UNTIL FLUFFLY.
    2. ADD SUGAR AND PEANUT BUTTER, MIX WELL.
    3. GRADUALLY ADD MILK.
    4. FOLD IN WHIPPED TOPPING.
    5. SPOON INTO BAKED AND COOLED PIE CRUST
    6. SPRINKLE WITH PEANUTS ON TOP.
    7. CHILL OVERNIGHT BEFORE SERVING.


    Final Comments


    SERVES 6 TO 8-----------SOMETIMES I USE CHOCOLATE SYRUP ON TOP TO DECORATE.
