    • 2 1/4 CUP FLOUR
    • 1 TEASPOON SALT
    • 3/4 CUP CRISCO
    • 1 TABLESPOON BUTTER, SOFTENED
    • 5 TO 6 TABLESPOONS ICED WATER


    Instructions


    1. PLACE FLOUR AND SALT INTO A BOWL.
    2. CUT IN CRISCO AND BUTTER WITH PASTRY BLENDER OR TWO KITCHEN KNIVES
    3. GRADUALLY ADD WATER AND MIX WITH FORK UNTIL FORMS BALL.
    4. ROLL ON FLOURED SURFACE, MAKES ONE DOUBLE CRUST OR TWO SINGLE CRUST
