    Instructions


    1. IN LARGE BOWL, BLEND FLOUR, SALT, CRISCO, AND BUTTER.
    2. USE TWO KITCHEN KNIVES IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PASTRY BLENDER.
    3. GRADUALLY ADD WATER TO MAKE INTO PIE DOUGH CONSISTANCY.
    4. FORM SMALL BALL.
    5. ROLL ON FLOURED SURFACE THEN LINE PIE PAN.
    6. THIS MAKES A DOUBLE CRUST.


    Final Comments


    ANY LEFT OVER DOUGH CAN BE ROLLED OUT PLACED ON A COOKIE SHEET, SPREAD TOP WITH BUTTER AND SPRINKLE GENEROUSLY WITH CINNAMON AND SUGAR THEN BAKE.
