    List of Ingredients


    • CRUST:
    • 1/2 UP BUTTER OR MARGARINE
    • 1 CUP FLOUR
    • 2/3 CUPS FINELY CHOPPED NUTS
    • FILLING:
    • 1 CUP CONFECTIONERS SUGAR
    • 1 (8 OUNCE) PACKAGE CREAM CHEESE SOFTENED
    • 1 CARTON (8 OUNCES) FROZEN WHIPPED TOPPING, THAWED AND DIVIDED
    • SECOND FILLING LAYER:
    • 2 PACKAGES (3.9 OUNCES) CHOCOLATE PUDDING MIX
    • 2 3/4 CUPS COLD MILK
    • TOPPING;
    • REMAINING WHIPPED TOPPING
    • GRATED SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE OR MINI CHIPS


    Instructions


    1. CUT BUTTER INTO FLOUR UNTIL CRUMBLY, STIR IN NUTS.
    2. PRESS INTO THE BOTTOM OF A GREASED 13X9X2 INCH PAN
    3. BAKE 350 DEGREES 15 TO 20 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN.
    4. COOL COMPLETELY.
    5. FOR FIRST FILLING:
    6. BEAT SUGAR AND CREAM CHEESE UNTIL SMOOTH.
    7. FOLD IN 1 CUP WHIPPED TOPPING.
    8. SPREAD OVER CRUST.
    9. FOR SECOND FILLING;
    10. MIX PUDDING WITH MILK. IF USING COOKED PUDDING, COOL COMPLETELY BEFORE USING.
    11. SPREAD PUDDING OVER FILLING #1.
    12. TOP WITH REMAINING WHIPPED TOPPING.
    13. SPRINKLE WITH CHOCOLATE, CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND OR EXTRA NUTS FOR DECORATION.
    14. COVER AND REGRIGERATE 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
