Instructions
- IN A SMALL BOWL, MIX BUTTER, CHIVES, AND GARLIC.
- SHAPE INTO 3X2 INCH RECTANGLES.
- COVER AND REFRIGERATE UNTIL FIRM.
- FLATTEN EACH CHICKEN BREAST.
- CUT THE BUTTER MIXTURE CROSSWISE INTO SIX PIECES.
- PLACE ONE PIECE OF BUTTER INTO EACH CHICKEN BREAST.
- FOLD LONG SIDES OVER BUTTR, FOLD ENDS UP AND SECURE WITH TOOTHPICKS.
- PUT BREADCRUMBS INTO BOWL.
- DIP CHICKEN INTO BUTTERMILK, THEN EVENLY COAT WITH BREADCRUMBS.
- PLACE CHICKE, SEAM SIDE DOWN IN GREASED 13X9 INCH BAKING PAN.
- BAKE UNCOVERED AT 425 DEGREES ABOUT 35 MINUTES.
