    • 1/4 TEASPOON NUTMEG
    • 2 ---2 1/2 TO 3 POUND CHICKENS, CUT UP
    • 1/2 CUP MARGARINE
    • 1 20 OUNCE CAN PINEAPPLE TIDBITS
    • 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR
    • 1 TABLESPOON SUGAR
    • 1/3 CUP SOY SAUCE


    Instructions


    1. IN A BAG, MIX 3/4 CUP FLOUR AND SEASONINGS.
    2. ADD CHICKEN PIECES,A FEW AT A TIME.
    3. SHAKE TO COAT.
    4. BROWN CHICKEN IN MARGARINE.
    5. PLACE IN 13X9X2 INCH BAKING DISH.
    6. RESERVING DRIPPINGS.
    7. DRAIN FRUIT, RESERVING 1 CUP SYRUP.
    8. ARRANGE FRUIT OVER CHICKEN.
    9. STRIR 3 TABLESPOONS FLOUR AND SUGAR INTO DRIPPINGS.
    10. ADD SYRUP AND SOY SAUCE; COOK AND STIR TIL THICKENED.
    11. SPOON OVER MEAT.
    12. COVER AND BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 1 HOUR.
