Preheat oven to 425. Put your cast iron pan in. Cut up 2 or 3 peaches and mix with two tablespoons of vanilla sugar and one teaspoon of cinnamon. Mix 3 eggs with a heaping half cup of flour and half a cup of milk. Do not over mix. It is ok if small lumps remain. Get pan out of oven and melt a little butter. Pour the batter and spoon the peaches on top. Bake 18 minutes.Recipe
