    1 cup sugar
    1/4 cup butter, room temperature
    1 cup milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon orange extract or 2 teaspoons grated orange peel
    2 cups flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 cup whole cranberry sauce
    1/2 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe



    In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter; beat in milk and egg. Add cinnamon, vanilla, and orange extract; beat well.
    Combine flour, baking powder, and salt; add to creamed mixture, stirring just to blend. Stir in cranberry sauce and chopped pecans. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 60 to 65 minutes, or until a wooden pick or cake tester inserted in center comes out clean.
