    This bread has a wonderful texture. A perfect sandwich loaf.

    List of Ingredients




    1 1/8 cups buttermilk (I usually nuke for about 15 secs)
    1 1/2 teasp salt
    1 tablespoon butter
    3 tablespoons honey
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    3 cups bread flour

    Place in pan in order given, or according to your machine's instructions. let 'er rip.
