Recipe Introduction


This is one of my very favorite bread machine recipes. It smells so fabulous when baking - yes, even more so than bread usually does!


List of Ingredients




1/4 cup water
1/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 cup sour cream
2.5 tablespoons onion soup mix (I have a recipe for it on this site)
1 tablespoon sugar
3 cups bread flour
2 teaspoons instant yeast (I use SAF or Red Star)

Recipe



Place in machine pan in order listed (or as suggested by your machine's manufacturer), set to light crust setting and let 'er rip.
