    BAHAN :
    1 ekor ikan pe asap
    5 buah cabai hijau, dipotong-potong
    1 buah tomat hijau, dipotong-potong
    1 lembar daun salam
    500 ml santan dari 1/2 butir kelapa

    BUMBU HALUS :
    3 butir bawang merah
    2 siung bawang putih
    1 sendok teh garam
    2 cm kencur
    1/4 sendok teh ketumbar

    CARA MEMBUAT :
    Rebus santan, bumbu halus dan daun salam sambil diaduk-aduk.
    Masukkan ikan pe, cabai, dan tomat hijau. Masak hingga kuah mengental dan bumbu meresap

    untuk 3 porsi
