    Bahan :

    Pepaya yg masih hijau berukuran sedang
    4 siung bawang putih
    6 buah cabe rawit hijau
    2 buah tomat, dipotong2
    2 lonjor kacang panjang, dipotong2 2.5 cm
    2 sdm saus Anchovy/fish saus
    1/2 sdt garam
    60 ml lime juice

    Cara mrmbuat :
    Pepaya di kupas dan diiris tipis2.
    Ulek bawang putih dan cabe rawit sampai halus, kemudian baru masukkan bahan2 lainnya , di tumbuk kasar2.
    Siap di hiangkan
