Peanut Butter Fudge
Casey's favorite.
List of Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 jar marshmallow fluff (7.5 oz.)
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Grease an 8-inch pan.
- Combine sugar and milk in a heavy saucepan.
- Cook on medium heat and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved and mix comes to a boil.
- Cover tightly and cook 2 minutes.
- Uncover and cook without stirring to a softball stage or 240 degrees.
- Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and vanilla.
- Stir enough to combine.
- Put in pan.
- Refrigerate 20 minutes.
