    Peanut Butter Fudge

    Casey's favorite.

    List of Ingredients

    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2/3 cup milk
    • 1 jar marshmallow fluff (7.5 oz.)
    • 1 cup peanut butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    1. Grease an 8-inch pan.
    2. Combine sugar and milk in a heavy saucepan.
    3. Cook on medium heat and stir constantly until sugar is dissolved and mix comes to a boil.
    4. Cover tightly and cook 2 minutes.
    5. Uncover and cook without stirring to a softball stage or 240 degrees.
    6. Remove from heat and add marshmallow fluff, peanut butter and vanilla.
    7. Stir enough to combine.
    8. Put in pan.
    9. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
