Reuben Roll-Ups
List of Ingredients
- 1pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 8 oz. can sauerkraut, well-drained
- 1 Tablespoon thousand island dressing
- 8 thin slices cooked corn beef
- 2 slices swiss cheese, cut into 1/2 inch strips
Instructions
- Separte rolls into 8 triangles.
- Combine saurkraut with dressing.
- Place one slice beef across wide end of triangle.
- Spread 2 tablespoon sauerkraut on beef; top with 2 strips of cheese.
- Roll up beginning at wide end of triangle.
- Bake on ungreased baking sheet at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve HOT.
