    15 cherry tomatoes
    1/4 pound crab meat
    2 teaspoons yogurt, plain, lowfat
    1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
    1 teaspoon onion, finely diced
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    1/8 teaspoon seafood seasoning
    1/8 teaspoon pepper, white
    1 pinch salt
    Parsley, garnish

    Recipe



    Core the tomatoes. Combine the remaining ingredients and mix. Spoon into the tomatoes, filling about half an inch over their tops. Sprinkle the garnish. Serve cold or hot (baked in preheated 375°F. oven for 10 minutes). This filling can stuff anything -not just tomatoes.
