2 Tablespoons butter, melted
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup finely chopped raisins
1 can (12 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits

Preheat oven to 475ºF. Line the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan with butter, brown sugar, honey, pumpkin pie spice and raisins. Mix well. Arrange biscuits on top of mixture. Bake 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Run knife around side of pan. Turn out onto serving plate. Serve piping hot. Makes 10 servings.
