    List of Ingredients




    1 cup all purpose flour
    3/4 cup quick cooking rolled oats
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    2 teaspoons baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon each salt and nutmeg
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/3 cup liquid honey
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 Tablespoons vegetable oil
    1 cup mashed, ripe bananas

    Recipe



    Stir flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt in mixing bowl. In separate bowl stir together milk, peanut butter, honey, oil, eggs and bananas. Stir into flour mixture and mix until just moist. Batter will be on the runny side. Pour into greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan and bake at 350º F for 40 to 50 minutes or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Let cool on wire rack for 10 minutes and then turn out on rack to cool completely. Can be kept wrapped at room temperature for 3 days or frozen for 1 month.
