    1/2 cup milk
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1/3 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 teaspoon dried dill
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
    pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients and shake well. Refrigerate. Makes about 1-1/4 cups.
