    2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    2-2/3 cups milk
    3 Tablespoons butter
    1/2 teaspoon tarragon
    dash of pepper

    Recipe



    Cook broccoli; drain well. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat until thoroughly heated.
