    Just simple additions for your basic meatloaf

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 cup catsup
    2 tbsp chili sauce

    Recipe



    Do note you can bake a meatloaf in 2 layers with a filling in between.

    Catsup: Put in bottom of mold or pan before you add the meatloaf.

    Chili Sauce: pour over meatloaf when half baked.

    This gives good flavor and a light crust.

    If using foil remove for the last 1/4 hour.

    If using chili sauce on top or covering with foil DO NOT BASTE.
