    2 T. oil or butter
    1-1/2 T. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. bread flour
    1 tsp. yeast
    1/2 medium apple-peeled and diced (granny smith holds up especially
    well)

    Recipe



    Add ingredients in the order your bread machine requires
    Process on specialty bread
    Add all ingredients except apples
    When your machine specifles, add apples
