Easy Carrot Cake

List of Ingredients
1 yellow layer cake mix (2 layer size)
1 1/4 cup miracle whip salad dressing
3 eggs
1/4 cup water
2 t. cinnamon
2 cups finely shredded carrots
1/2 cups chopped walnuts
Vanilla cream cheese frosting (recipe follows)
Recipe
Mix cake mix, salad dressing, eggs, water and cinnamon. Mix at medium
speed
on mixer until well blended. Stir in carrots and walnuts. Pour into
greased
13 x 9" baking pan. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minute or until wooden pick
inserted in center comes out clean. Cool. Frost with Vanilla Cream
Cheese
Frosting.
1 pkg (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 T. milk
1/2 t. vanilla
3 cups sifted powdered sugar
Mix cream cheese, milk and vanilla. Mix until well blended. Gradually
add
sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Food Processor Tip: To shred
carrots,
cut carrots into even lengths to fit into feed tube. Process with
shredding
disk, using light pressure with pusher. Serves 10-12
