    2 eggs
    1 pound ricotta cheese
    1 teaspoon sugar
    3 teaspoons baking powder

    Recipe



    Mix ricotta cheese with all ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful into
    hot oil until brown. Drain well Roll in honey or sugar.
