Seafood Casserole

List of Ingredients
4 T. butter or margarine
4 T. flour
1/2 t. salt
Pinch of pepper
2 cups milk
1 cu grated cheese
1 can shrimp
1 can crabmeat
1/2 pound mushrooms, saut�ed
Recipe
Cook on top of stove: butter, flour, salt, pepper, milk and cheese.
Stir
until thickened slightly for white sauce. May add 2 hard boiled eggs,
cut
up. Pout seafood and mushrooms in buttered casserole and cover with
white
sauce. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Serves 6 Good with rice.
May be prepared ahead.
