    2 of the large tuna looking cans of Roast Beef.
    2 doz corn tortillas
    3 TBS of the seasoning mixture listed below.
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------
    2 Tbsp Paprika
    2 Tbsp New Mexico Or California Chili Powder
    2 Tsp Powdered Garlic
    2 Tsp Powdered Onion
    1 Tbsp Ground Cumin
    1 Tsp Black Pepper
    1/8 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
    1 Tsp Salt

    Recipe



    Drain the Roast Beef. Place the 2 adns of Beef in a large microwave
    safe
    bowl. Shred the Roast Beef till it is all strings.
    Sprinkle the seasoning mix onto the meat and stir the meat well to
    thoroughly blend the seasoning and meat together.

    Cover the mixture with a wet papertowel and place it in the microwave.

    Microwave for 3 minutes. Stire and then heat in 30 second increments
    until
    the meat is steaming hot. this helps to distribute the seasoning.

    Let meat cool till it can be handled easily without burning you.

    Meantime heat the tortillas in a little bit of oil in a skillet.

    Place 1 heaping tablespoon of meat on the edge of a flour tortilla.
    Roll
    the tortilla and meat together until it is rolled tight.
    At this point you can put toothpicks into them to hold them together.

    Then you can fry them or place them on a freezer tray and freeeze them.
    Once frozen you can remove the toothpicks.

    After freezing you will want to cook from the frozen state.

    Pop them onto a baking sheet and heat at 425 till crispy. Maybe 10
    minutes.
    (You can spray them with PAM to get them a little more crispy.)
