    List of Ingredients




    1/3 cup paprika (about 1 oz)
    2 T. garlic powder
    2 T. onion powder
    1 1/2 T. ground red pepper
    1 1/2 T. dried oregano
    1 1/2 T. dried thyme
    1 T. black pepper
    1 t. dry mustard
    1 t. granulated sugar
    1/2 t. crushed red pepper flakes

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in small mixing bowl with wire whisk. Transfer
    mixture to 1/2 pint jar. Seal jar. Decorate jar and attach gift
    tag/recipe
    card.
    Easy Cajun Corn Muffins:
    1 box (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
    1 1/2 T. Cajun Seasoning Mix
    Ingredients listed on corn muffin mix box
    Empty corn muffin mix into medium mixing bowl. Stir in Cajun Seasoning
    Mix
    until well blended. Prepare muffins as instructed on box. Makes 6
    muffins.
