    1 can (16 oz.) spinach
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 cup milk
    1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
    1 cup cubed firm white bread
    1/2 cup sliced green onions
    1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 375. Drain spinach squeezing out excess liquid. Combine
    all ingredients and pour into a 1 qt. baking dish. Cover and bake at
    375 degrees F, 25-30 minutes or until set.
