    2 small cucumbers -- sliced thin
    1 cup water
    1 cup sugar
    1 cup white vinegar
    1/4 teaspoon white pepper
    1/4 teaspoon salt

    Recipe



    Slice cucumbers thin. Mix water, sugar, vinegar, white pepper and salt
    until
    sugar is dissolved. Add cucumbers. Regfrigerate 4 to 6 hours. Serve in
    a
    pretty bowl. Serves 6 to 8.
