Recipe Introduction
This was brought to a family Christmas dinner, and it was WONDERFUL. I'm told it's a favorite at the firestation. (We have a lot of firemen in our family)
List of Ingredients
1 8-oz. packages cream cheese
Approx. 1/4 lb. deli ham (diced)
Chopped green onions (2-3)
chopped pecans (about 3/4 cup)
Squish it all together, roll into a ball and roll in chopped pecans. Serve with your favorite crackers. Then stand back and watch it disappear! (Thanks Jennifer)
