    2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
    2 eggs
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1 can corn (drained)
    just enough milk to hold it together

    Should be just a little wetter than a biscuit dough.

    Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil. Fry for several minutes until golden brown.
