Chocolate Banana Icebox Pie

Recipe Introduction

This is a very rich pie, and needs to be served cold.

List of Ingredients

1 stick butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tblsp. lemon juice
3-5 bananas (sliced)
1 LG. Hershey bar (or 6 regular size)(grated)
1/2 pint whipping cream
1 cup chopped pecans
2 baked pie crusts
(Save some of the chocolate and pecans to sprinkle on top)


Recipe

Cream together the butter and powdered sugar. Add beaten eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla.

Whip the cream and fold into the above mixture. Then add grated chocolate and bananas - reserve some of the chocolate and pecans and sprinkle on top of pie.

Pour into a baked pie shell (Makes 2 pies)

Chill for 2-3 hours before serving.
