This is my husband's favorite pie. His mother used to make this for him every year instead of a birthday cake.

List of Ingredients

1 can Eaglebrand
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/8 tsp. grated lemon rine
2 beaten egg yolks


Recipe

Mix together and pour into an 8" graham cracker crust.

You can either top with a meringue or with cool whip.
