    Pumpkin Pound Cake w/Cr. Cheese Icing

    2 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    4 eggs
    1 Tblsp. cinnamon
    1 cup oil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cups pumpkin

    Cream Cheese Icing:

    8 oz. cream cheese (room temp.)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 box powdered sugar
    1 stick butter (room temp.)

    Recipe



    Mix cake ingredients and pour into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 min. at 350 degrees.

    Allow cake to cool for about 15 minutes, and invert onto a serving plate.

    Prepare icing and drizzle over cake.
