    Spicy Chicken Pasta (1/2 Recipe)

    List of Ingredients

    2 cups cooked chicken (deboned, and torn into chunks as for chicken noodles)
    8 oz. Velveta cheese
    1 can Rotel
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 onion (chopped)
    2 Tlb. butter
    1 to 1-1/2 cans chicken broth
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
    8 oz. Spaghetti

    Recipe

    Cook pasta according to directions on package.

    In a large pot, saute chopped onion in butter for 2 to 3 minutes. Add Rotel, cream of mushroom, chicken broth and Velveta cheese (cut into chunks), and salt, pepper & garlic powder. Heat this mixture until the cheese is melted.

    Add cooked pasta and combine until thoroughly mixed.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish and cover with foil. If baking right away, bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20-30 minutes.

    If you plan to refrigerate for now and bake later, the baking time will probably need to be increased to 45 minutes if the dish is cold.
