    1-2/3 cups hot water
    1 16oz. pkg. stove top stuffing
    3 cups cooked chicken, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/3 cup sour cream
    1-1/2 cups mozerella cheese
    1 16 oz. pkg. frozen mixed veg. thawed and drained

    Preheat oven to 400

    Add hot water to stuffing mix and stir until moistened. Set aside. Place chicken in 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix soup, sour cream cheese and vegetables. Spoon over chicken. Top with stuffing and bake 30 minutes.
