    My Aunt Kathy

    Recipe Introduction

    My aunt Kathy brought this to a family reunion pot luck, and it was SUPERB!

    List of Ingredients

    2 lbs. hamb. meat
    10 oz. egg noodles
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 med. green pepper chopped
    1/4 tps. allspice
    salt/pepper
    1 can corn & juice
    1 can Rotel
    1/8 tsp. minced garlic
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 lb. grated cheddar
    1 tsp. oregano

    Recipe

    Brown hamb. meat and drain. Add onion, green pepper, garlic, salt, pepper, allspice & oregano. Mix well. Add corn and simmer 20-25 min. Add Rotel and mushroom soup,and mix well. Add cooked noodles and gradually stir in grated cheese (save some for the top). Pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

    (I like to add a few chopped jalapenos!)
