    2 lbs. frozen hashbrown potatoes
    2 cups sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 cups grated cheddar
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Generously butter a crockpot. Combine sour cream, soup, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Gently fold in potatoes and stir until combined.

    Pour into crockpot, cover and cook on high for 1-1/2 hours. Turn to low and cook 2-1/2 hours longer.
