Crockpot Apple Crisp

5 large Granny Smith apples (peeled, cut into slices)
2 Tblsp. lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
chopped pecans (optional)Recipe
Slice apples and place in a greased 6-qt. crockpot. Pour lemon juice on top and toss to coat apples.
Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut butter into dry ingredients with pastry blender until it resembles coarse meal; sprinkle over apples.
Cover and cook on high 3 hours. Sprinkle with pecans and serve with vanilla ice cream.
