    1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
    1 stick butter
    3 eggs
    3 egg yolks
    1 15-oz. fudgy brownie mix
    2 Tblsp. of hot coffee or hot water

    Recipe



    Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 12 muffin tins and set aside.

    In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and butter. Microwave on high for 45-60 seconds, stirring twice during cooking. Continue to stir until mixture is smooth. Cool 5 minutes.

    In a large bowl, combine eggs and egg yolks and beat with a mixer at high speed for 4-6 minutes until foamy and doubled in size.

    Set aside the choc. syrup pouch from the mix.

    Gradually add dry brownie mix to beaten eggs stirring until well blended.

    Fold in melted chocolate, and 2 Tblsp. hot coffee or water.

    Pour into muffin tins and bake for 10-14 minutes, or until edges are set. The centers will still be soft.

    Cool on wire racks for at least 2 minutes.

    Meanwhile, drizzle chocolate syrup from the mix onto a serving plate. Run knife along the egde of each tin, and invert warm cake over chocolate syrup on each plate.
