    1 package oreo cookies
    1 stick butter
    2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (3.4 oz)
    3-1/2 cups milk
    1 pkg. cream cheese (8 oz.) softened
    1 8 oz. cool whip

    Recipe



    Crush cookies (I did this a few cookies at a time in a small food chopper). Once the cookies are crushed fine, add 1 stick softened butter and mix with a fork until combined. Press all but 3/4 cup into a 9 x 13 pan.

    Filling:

    Blend pudding with milk. Add softened cream cheese and beat until smooth. Pour this mixture over the cookie crust. Refrigerate for 5-10 minutes to let mixture firm. Then spread cool whip on top. Garnish with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
