    Sopapilla Cheesecake Squares

    List of Ingredients




    2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 8-oz. cans crescent rolls

    Topping:
    3/4 cups sugar
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    Lightly spray 13 x 9 pan with nonstick cooking spray.

    In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth.

    Unroll 1 cresent roll and press perforations to seal. Using a rolling pin, roll into a 13 x 9 and place in bottom of pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top. Place remaining dough on top.

    In a small bowl, mix topping ingredients and dot evenly over top crust.

    Bake for 30 minutes or until the crescent dough has puffed and turned golden brown.

    Cool on wire rack in the pan for 1 to 2 hours. Cut into squares and dust with powdered sugar.
